This is a great way to keep white flour out of your dinner!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl combine:
2lbs ground turkey
2Tbs uncooked quinoa
1 egg
1/2 small white onion
1tsp worchestshire sauce
1tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Roll into balls and place on parchment line cookie sheet. Cook until done, approximately 45-60 minutes depending on size.
Makes 18 medium meatballs
